How It Works
GovernApp is a self-service SAAS governance platform for NFP boards that guides your organisation through a structured assessment (via easy-to-use surveys) against a governance framework you select to meet the specific use case you have.
GovernApp turns the results into a clear report that surfaces any gaps, risks or issues with the tested area of governance. From there, it generates a risk-prioritised, step-by-step action plan to close the gaps, mitigate the risks and solve the issues. It allows you to assign and track these actions over time (with reminders), and makes it as easy as possible by providing curated template policies, procedures and work practices to help you implement your improvements.

Subscribe to the framework that meets your use case. Subscriptions are annual, and you can conduct as many assessments as you like within the subscription period.
Invite Board members and conduct an assessment
You can add unlimited Board members to your organisation in the app. Once invited, create an assessment. This invites your Board members to respond to a survey, based on your selected framework.
Review your reports
GovernApp will process all responses and generate a detailed, drill-down assessment report that will surface gaps, risks, and issues in the area you have been assessing.
Implement your action plan
From your assessment, GovernApp also generates a risk-prioritised action plan which spells out what you need to do to address those areas of improvement, so you can focus your efforts on a where-most-needed basis.
Further, GovernApp also provides key curated assets such as policies, work practices and templates to help you implement your actions with minimal effort.
