No. Higher maturity level frameworks include all the content of their lower-level variants. Advancing to a higher maturity level does not require you to maintain the lower-level framework as well.
If you choose not to renew a framework subscription, you can still view past assessment reports and action plans. However, you will not be able to update action plans or run new assessments with that framework.
