Cameron Butler is a product and technology leader with deep experience building and scaling digital products in fast-growing organisations. Cameron brings a strong appreciation of how modern SaaS tools can lift board performance, reduce risk and create meaningful insight for decision-makers.

Vanessa Hall GAICD

Vanessa is an internationally recognised expert on trust and governance, dedicated to building organisations that are worthy of the community's confidence. She currently serves as the Administrator for The Board Internship and previously spent eight years as Chair of the CMA Standards Council, where she championed high standards of governance and stewardship for faith-based and community organisations. Vanessa has been a director of multiple NFP boards, and has extensively trained and coached boards and directors in governance and trust building.

Founder of Entente, Vanessa has spent over two decades advising boards on trust-building strategies as a way to manage risk and to operate with compliance excellence. Her deep and broad cross-sector knowledge ensures that GovernApp not only checks the boxes for compliance but actively fosters a culture of transparency and integrity in the boardroom.

Matthew Field

Matthew is a veteran of the risk and compliance landscape with over 28 years of experience delivering technology and advisory solutions to regulated industries. He has held executive leadership roles across the Asia-Pacific region, specialising in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), financial crime prevention, and enterprise risk management.

Matthew's technical expertise in regulatory frameworks is complemented by his practical experience in implementing risk maturity models for complex organisations. On the Advisory Board, Matthew provides technical authority on risk methodologies and regulatory alignment, ensuring GovernApp's assessment tools meet the highest standards of data integrity and assurance.
